On behalf of our client, an esteemed 4-star hotel, we are seeking a professional and attentive Concierge to join their hospitality team in Saudi Arabia. As a Concierge, you will be the primary contact for guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience by offering personalized assistance and local insights throughout their stay. Your role is crucial in creating memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with the check-in/check-out process, and handle any special requests.
• Reservations Management: Manage room reservations, answer guest inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding hotel services and amenities.
• Customer Service: Address guest concerns or requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Billing & Payments: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions.
• Phone Management: Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, as well as assist with guest inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
• Administration: Maintain guest records, update the hotel’s booking system, and perform general administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel management software or booking systems is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professionalism: A friendly and professional appearance, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
