As a Finance - Receiving Agent, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in receiving payments from clients.
Job Responsibility:
- Receive payments from clients and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
- Generate invoices and receipts for payments received
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by investigating and resolving any irregularities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Communicate with clients to follow up on payment statuses and resolve any payment issues
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance - Receiving Agent or in a similar role
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Skills:
- Knowledge of financial procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Understanding of basic financial terms and concepts
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Knowledge of financial processes and procedures
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
