The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Execute high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes for freelance real estate agent positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the status of candidates and provide timely reports to stakeholders
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  
  

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• Fluency in Arabic
• 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales roles
• Proven experience in hiring for high-volume roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable
