Job Description
This role main purpose is to Manage and conducting required periodic studies and analysis in regard to the competition, location geographical distribution, demographical and economic studies, company locations studies, Loyalty & Customer analytics etc. to get out with the macro & micro network developing plans & managing the searching team to support the decision-making process in selecting the proper location that serve the company strategy. Managing and monitoring Departmental and Cross-Departmental Processes to enhance and develop operational efficiency. Build business relationships with the Governmental Authorities and third-party partners in order to ensure the achievement of the Network Development Strategy and required information for business decision making.

Accountabilities
Location Network Tasks:
- Managing, Designing, communicating & monitoring all Departmental/Cross-Departmental SOP’s for business core processes related to the Network Development Department.
- Developing the Macro network development strategy Via developing a geographical & demographical studies for the targeted regions (KSA, UAE) & on different geographical hierarchy (Country, Emirate & governorate level ) ensuring its alignment with the overall company strategy & getting out the optimum presence of Nahdi network.
- Developing the Micro network development strategy Via developing the Nahdi network coverage studies of the targeted cities to get out the saturated zones needed for optimization & the un-covered zones needed for penetration
- Developing the health Eco system strategy (Polyclinic, mini-clinic & clinic express) to ensure the optimum geographical coverage with minimal overlapping between each service & the other.
- Managing searching team through providing coaching, knowledge transfer, performance conversations and feedbacks to ensure selecting the right location within the targeted zones & submitting the selected location for the network development committee to take the right decision.
- Screen and filter the locations chosen by the assigned team based on the financial limits, market knowledge and others to ensure the alignment with Nahdi Strategy and business requirements in order to optimize the effort required by the Network development committee to take the right decision.
- Monitoring the performance of the company operated pharmacies through the analysis of the sales performance, customer loyalty analytics, GIS modeling in order to submit the required recommendations for improvement by either relocation or optimization if any.
- Develop and manage Nahdi & KSA universe network database through maintaining the update of their locations (Longitude & latitude) at the GIS software in order to facilitate and support the decision making process.
- Developing & Managing the Network Library including videos of Nahdi and the competitors’ stores & updating and archiving to ensure the availability of the information for the concerned stakeholders.
- Managing the Network Development committee via communicating the required studies for taking the right decision e.g. selecting the location as a new one, approving a new rent value for renewed ones, & terminating the contract for the proposed terminated ones ensuring that the studies to include all geographical & demographical studies supported with the feasibility studies upon coordinating with operation & finance team.
- Developing the required spatial analysis studies to select the E-commerce hub stores based on the agreed delivery capacity supported with a geo-fence for each hub-store.
- Supporting the operations of the Network Development Department Functions through collaboration in order to support the decision making process through data management, report formulation, & location related studies & strategies.
- Archive all the Network Committee decisions whether the approved or rejected locations to ensure the availability of the information to the concerned stakeholders.
- Build a strong relationship with:
- Malls property owners & executive teams to streamline capturing the opportunities of renting the potential locations within those malls.
- Different governmental entities that has potential opportunities for the company to be present in their property e.g. airports, train stations , Royal Commission authorities, and all other governmental entities to acquire investment opportunities and required data to enable the decision making process.
- Top real estate development companies either as porkers or as property owners to ensure being the 1 st selected retailer to be within their properties.
- Different Governmental Entities in regards to getting the population census update for the different KSA areas, Governorates, cities and districts in order to identify the new projects that could affect Nahdi expansion plan.
- Third party entities to acquire the required market data and information supporting the required studies conducted in the Network Development (Market Data, Competition Data, etc…)
- Governmental entities to secure investment opportunities through government bedding.
- Develop the required studies for the competitors through the analysis of the Geographic Information System (GIS) in order to facilitate Nahdi network expansion and to maintain the competitive position.
- Manage the employees’ performance through providing performance feedback, conversations, appraisals, knowledge transfer…etc to ensure the employees career development and to ensure the compliance with the openings timeline.
- Manage and develop the department’s dashboard through presenting report including the catchment areas, guest retention, competition analysis, & loyalty and guest behavior to ensure the achievement of the department’s objectives.
- Manage and develop training requirements and programs to department staff to promote sustainable development of the department in line with market dynamics.

Education
- BSc Degree
- 10+ Years overall Experience / 4-6 MG (Managing people)
- MS Office Suite
- Advanced Excel experience
- GIS Analysis experience
- Python & SQL EXPERIENCE is preferred
- English (Fluent)
- Arabic
