During the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while enhancing your skills and knowledge.Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:The Real Estate Trainee plays an administrative and operational support role within the real estate team, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in negotiation conditions and contract status based on company’s needs
• Ensure all real estate files and records are accurately maintained and compliant with legal and company requirements
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining databases
• Manage internal communications and follow-ups with real estate professionals and team members
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Commercial acumen: Very good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Advanced MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office.
• Flexibility and reliability
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Eligibility And Requirements

• Students in their final year of a university degree program majoring in Marketing or/and Business administration (Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0 or 3.25/5.0)
