Duties And Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor Degree of appropriate radiographic/technological diplomas/ Bachelor degree Experience: 3-5 years’ experience Language: Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable Required Licenses: SCFHS Registration and MOH License
- Carry out routine CT -MRI examinations in line with the agreed policies and procedures of the department.
- Assists in carrying out specialized procedures under the supervision of a Senior Staff.
- Be responsible for correct identification of patients and site of study before each examination.
- Be responsible for final reminder of female patients or female companion for the possibility of being pregnant or not.
- Implements and monitors radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients, staff and visitors in full compliance with
- International and local regulatory requirements.
- CT, remove all radio-opaque materials from patient or table that could interfere with radiographic image. S. In MRI, should remind the patient of any Ferro-magnetic objects that might cause harm or be affected by the magnetic field
- Be Knowledgeable in all sterile, aseptic techniques and equipment and nursing procedure necessary in the area of CT - MRI
- Responsible for knowing all the hospital rules and necessary procedures in handling emergency situations.
- Inspects all equipment under his or her control on a regular daily basis and ensures that the equipment is kept clean
- Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as "the patient is the center of our care". Other Job Functions:
- Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
- Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
- Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
- Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy
- management and document management systems.
