Quotation Support Engineer

Location: Dammam, Saudi

We are currently looking for a Quotation Support Engineer. This role is office-based in Dammam and reports to the Manager, Quotation Support, who is currently located in India. The position plays a key role in supporting sales by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and competitive quotations.

As a Quotation Support Engineer, you will act as a critical final checkpoint between factories and customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support Sales throughout the quotation and order preparation process, providing technical support during all quotation phases.
• Review and validate customer and offer specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness of technical scope, product selection, sizing, pricing, and lead time.
• Evaluate customer requirements and manufacturing feasibility by collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior engineers.
• Coordinate with global factories and internal teams (local workshop, China, Finland, India) on delivery times, planning, pricing, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare, create, and maintain engineering documentation for engineered products, including drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Contribute to task planning and scheduling to ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned activities.
• Participate in global quotation support development projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

The role involves limited domestic or international travel, mainly for training or internal meetings; most of the work is performed from the Dammam office.

Your Profile

• Background in valves is required.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in Sales Support, or a similar commercial-technical role.
• Experience working in a global, matrix organization.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, factories, planners, pricing engineers, product managers, and buyers.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
