With an expanding portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in KSA. Are you a detail-driven Quantity Surveyor with a passion for Fit-Out Projects? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team, BOQ development, and quantity take-offs in our construction projects.
Job Summary
As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the accurate and timely cost management of construction projects. This includes the preparation of cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed within the approved budget and schedule
Essential Duties
- Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs for MEP, Architectural and Interior works
- Create detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, and services
- Prepare and support Variation Orders with cost breakdowns
- Collaborate with procurement and site teams to validate quantities
- Maintain up-to-date pricing data aligned with market trends
- Work closely with Designers to ensure quantity accuracy and details
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management- Not Negotiable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost control procedures
Technical Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Planswift or other
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ERP or cost estimation software is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procedures
- Strong analytical, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
