WSP is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management within large-scale infrastructure projects.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) as per project specifications.
• Manage contract administration, including claims, variations, and change orders.
• Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, project requirements, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders for cost-related matters.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Monitor progress payments, valuations, and financial forecasting.
• Assist in dispute resolution and support claims preparation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for cost control and auditing purposes.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local Saudi regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, or other QS software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
