Role Summary
As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities meet the highest standards of quality. You will implement and manage quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Apply quality principles and tools across engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, and operations.
- Identify nonconforming conditions and implement corrective actions.
- Provide direction and on-the-job training to assigned personnel on quality procedures and standards.
- Engage with government entities and utility providers to ensure alignment with quality expectations.
- Manage financial performance related to quality assurance activities.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports and documentation to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and support capacity building within the project team.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Management from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including as a Quality specialist on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of project management practices within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Broad knowledge of quality tools and their application across various project domains.
- Experience in implementing corrective actions and managing quality programs.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Skilled in training and mentoring personnel.
- Proficiency in managing financial aspects of quality programs.
- Advanced skills in using relevant computer applications.
