Quality & Operations Associate - Cloud Kitchen Venture

We are seeking a diligent Food Quality & Operations Associate who will oversee the quality standards of all materials, products, and production procedures. You will serve as a steadfast advocate for maintaining high quality across our operations.

Quality Control in Kitchen Setting
- Keep detailed records of quality assessments, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
- Create and implement procedures to inspect and report on any quality issues
- Oversee all processes that influence overall product quality
- Introduce proactive measures to avoid health risks
- Regularly verify checklists to ensure compliance
- Carry out comprehensive audits both on the production floor and at supplier sites
- Collaborate with other departments to address safety and quality-related challenges
- Apply root cause analyses with suppliers to resolve recurring issues
- Examine every phase of the production cycle to confirm efficiency and adherence to standards
- Follow through on the company’s Food Quality strategy, objectives, and targets
- Develop and uphold food safety protocols (e.g., HACCP, sanitation, temperature logs, cleaning procedures)
- Validate the consistency of production by reviewing both processes and final products
- Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Detect quality defects or food safety concerns, including repeated issues, and suggest corrective measures
- Provide training on food safety guidelines, promoting ongoing improvements
- Maintain work settings that support employee safety and well-being
- Project a positive and professional image of the organization to staff, clients, partners, and the community
- Confirm that product design meets all necessary legal and safety benchmarks
Operations & Data in a Cloud Kitchen Setting
- Plan and monitor day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure consistent standards and efficient workflows
- Collect and analyze real-time data on production, order volume, and inventory levels to optimize resource allocation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements using analytics, aiming to reduce costs and minimize wastage
- Use digital dashboards or other data-driven systems to track service times, food safety logs, and quality metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and promote smooth communication
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Familiarity with standard quality control methodologies
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
- Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Meticulous attention to detail and results-driven mindset
- Ability to learn quickly, maintain reliability, and uphold trust
- Strong promoter of food safety practices
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Positive, empathetic leader who exercises patience and understanding
