Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in perfume or cosmetics manufacturing to lead and oversee all quality assurance activities. The role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations while driving continuous quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with industry and regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).

• Oversee the quality control processes for raw materials, packaging, and finished products—specifically for fragrance and cosmetics products.

• Conduct internal and external audits and manage compliance documentation.

• Lead investigations into product complaints or quality issues; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product quality.

• Ensure proper labeling, safety, and compliance with health and fragrance regulations.

• Maintain quality KPIs and prepare periodic reports for senior management.

• Train teams on hygiene, safety, and quality standards specific to fragrance manufacturing.

• Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., SFDA, IFRA guidelines).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in the perfume, fragrance, or cosmetics industry.

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP practices, and fragrance safety regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality control software/tools.
