As a Quality Control Specialist, you will develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements and Ensure that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards.
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing of equipment assembly documentation including torque charts, pressure charts, assembly documentation and any other supporting documentation.
- Performing final visual inspection sub-assemblies and various tooling
- Raising non-conformances for identified non-conforming product
- Raising and send customer inspection notifications to customer
- Adhering to all Quality requirements and exercising Stop Work at any time
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering is preferred) Or Mechanical Diploma preferred with 4 years experience in QC
- Have proven experience in Technical Environment
- Be able to work with little supervision and to work well with the team
- Experience in completions is preferable
- Have the ability to read/interpret engineering drawings/technical specifications and perform dimensional inspection
- Be pro-active and positive attitude to new ideas
