TM and TM Arabia Limited have been awarded two lump-sum turn-key EPC contracts related to a petrochemical expansion at the SATORP Refinery (a JV composed of Saudi Aramco and Total Energies), in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabi

a.The overall value of the contracts is approximately USD 2 billion. The contracts relate to the execution of two packages of the complex, namely the “Derivatives Units” package - which includes a butadiene extraction unit, an olefin extraction unit, a methyl tert-butyl ether unit, a butadiene selective hydrogenation unit, a 2nd stage pygas hydrogenation unit and benzene & toluene extraction unit - and the “High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) & Logistic Area” package, which includes two polyethylene units and the relevant product logistic facilitie

Quality Control Inspector ensures the implementation of all the quality procedures and standards in the appointed area /subcontractor. He/she is responsible for performing inspections on subcontractor’s activities assuring the conformity to site inspection plans and applicable engineeri

  To ensure the implementation of all the Quality/HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities, together with the other members of Quality/HSE t
• eams.To support the Construction Material Controller in checking the Supplier’s material prior to the start of w
• orks.To address Subcontractor activities for his/her own discipline, ensuring that Plant Construction works are performed according to the applicable engineering specification, site procedures and Site Inspection Plan according to Quality & Safety procedures, as well as according to the terms and conditions of the subcon
• tractTo check that the manpower employed by the Subcontractor continuously respect the requirements of applicable procedures and the Quality level fixed by the
• same.To check that the equipment employed by the Subcontractor are adequate and calibrated as required according to applicable procedures and to the Quality level fixed by the
