Quality Assurance Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end QA efforts across multiple projects, from planning to execution

• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases

• Manage functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and UX

• Oversee defect tracking, reporting, and resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

• Mentor and guide a team of QA testers, reviewing work and ensuring high standards

• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices

• Proficiency in test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
• Solid experience in manual and automated testing methodologies
• 5+ years of experience in software QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation in DevOps environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
