We are seeking a highly detailed-oriented, motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills and experience in writing organizational standard operating procedures for all department.


  • Developing and updating SOPs in alignment with organizational goals , Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement

  • Create, review, and update SOPs to reflect current processes, technological advancements, and industry trends on a need basis.

  • Ensure that SOPs are accurate, clear, and aligned with the organization standards and values.

  • Process Analysis and Improvement & align with regulatory law and compliances.

  • Ensure that all stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date SOPs

  • Ensure that SOPs are keep getting updated with industry standards, client requirements, and relevant regulations. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of SOPs.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness..

  • Gathers information from staff members currently doing processes across the organization and recommends shared practices that consider the varied staff needs and provide consistency across the organization.

  • Evaluates the benefits and drawbacks of industry-specific SOPs. Integrates best practices into the design, implementation and evaluation of organizational SOPs.

  • Works closely with our staff and Senior Leadership Team to understand our business processes & make SOP accordingly

  • Leads in designing industry-wide standard operating procedures. Plays a role in evaluating the efficiency of SOPs in business operations.

  • Ensures that SOPs are written in a user-friendly format and provide clear guidance to team members and Writes clear and concise SOPs that will guide staff team members in their day-to-day operations.

  • Collect feedback from various teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in existing SOPs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Make regular audit within team to follow process.

Skills & Qulaification:


  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knoweldge about Regulatory compliances

  • Change Mnaagement, Problem solving , Process Improvement,

  • Minimum 5-6 years Expeirence , Understanding of process documentation and standards.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office environment

  • English & Arabic language Must

  • Gragudate & post graduate
