Job Description: Quality Assurance Engineer - AI-Native Testing

Are you a QA Engineer who thrives in complex systems and understands how to leverage AI to enhance quality assurance? We are looking for a technically fluent, detail-obsessed QA professional to help us automate quality across functional, non-functional, and agentic behaviors in our AI-native platform.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5+ years in QA, ideally in AI-native or complex systems environments
• Background:
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools for test generation and scenario validation
• Experience designing and executing test plans for AI-driven workflows
• Skills:
• Automation of tests for workflows, UI/UX, and LLM-generated outputs
• Prompt validation, hallucination detection, edge-case testing
• Strong sense of UX flaws, data integrity, and release safety
• Use of AI to enhance regression testing and anomaly detection
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience building agents that automate QA processes
• Arabic speaker (not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans for AI-driven workflows, prompts, and agentic behavior
• Use AI to generate test cases, identify anomalies, and improve regression testing speed
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and design to ensure reliable releases
• Track and manage issues in observability dashboards and bug trackers
• Help build an agent that automates QA itself

• Automation Tools: Playwright, Cypress, PyTest
• AI-Specific Tools: Promptfoo, LangSmith, custom LLM evals
• Languages: Python, JavaScript
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions
