Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for executing Specialized’s quality assurance framework by managing process governance, compliance assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives across all business sectors.
He/She ensures alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements, drives operational excellence, and supports quality-driven decision-making. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures

He/She ensures alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements, drives operational excellence, and supports quality-driven decision-making. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures
Core Responsibilities
- Implements a comprehensive quality assurance framework across all business sectors to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Establishes company-wide quality benchmarks, aligning processes with industry best practices and mandatory standards.
- Drives cross-functional process design efforts to ensure end-to-end governance and alignment with approved functional mandates.
- Conducts quality assessments on risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance processes to identify gaps and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborates with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams to detect control weaknesses and develop corrective strategies.
- Aligns quality assurance efforts with stc Group’s governance and risk standards to reinforce organizational control structures.
- Continuously improves QA-related policies, procedures, and testing approaches to enhance regulatory alignment and governance impact.
- Drives process reengineering initiatives by engaging stakeholders to eliminate inefficiencies and streamline workflows.
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by embedding quality practices into operational routines and service delivery.
- Executes performance optimization strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency and drive measurable improvements in business outcomes.
- Monitors quality metrics across business units and evaluates performance trends to ensure adherence to QA standards.
- Prepares insight-driven reports on QA performance to support leadership decisions and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Facilitates organization-wide quality awareness programs to embed a consistent understanding of standards and compliance expectations.
- Supports customer satisfaction initiatives by aligning quality controls with client expectations and service excellence targets
