Job Description
The QHSSE Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

The QHSSE Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure products and services meet established standards.
- Auditing Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to ensure compliance with QHSSE regulations and standards.
- Risk Assessment Identify potential risks related to quality, health, safety, and environmental factors and propose mitigation strategies.
- Training Provide training and support to staff on QHSSE procedures and best practices.
- Reporting Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status to management.
- Continuous Improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and safety practices.
- Documentation Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, audits, and compliance checks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QHSSE regulations and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
