Job Summary:

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Quality:
- To conduct quality control and quality assurance activities in the plant.
- To participate in internal audits in accordance with ISO9001 and IEC80079-34.
- To participate in management reviews and drive outputs and results in line with business goals.
- To establish and achieve SMART quality objectives that support business goals.
- To collaborate closely with certification agencies for audits and inspections (such as UL, CSA, Intertek, etc.) and ensure requirements are met.
- To monitor Ex products and facility certificates and supervise listed products.
- To address customer needs and provide quality related documentation in line with customer requirements and QMS.
- To facilitate customer inspections and ensure timely closeout of findings.
- To actively resolve customer complaints and take appropriate measures to prevent reoccurrences.
- To coordinate calibration and maintenance of plant equipment and ensure continuous suitability for use.
- To oversee and conduct routine testing in line with customer and certification requirements.
- To report and enhance critical metrics related to quality such as Cost of Quality, Defect Rate, Supplier Returns, Customer Returns, Quality Processes Cycle Time, and others.
- To evaluate risks to quality and apply appropriate measures to eliminate risks.
- To monitor supplier performance and evaluate suppliers continually as required.
- To address nonconformities and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective and preventive measures.
- To support in establishing a lean manufacturing environment and reduce non-value-add aspects of quality control activities.
- To create, retain, and control quality documents and records in line with customer and QMS requirements.
- To liaise with BU global quality team for quality metrics reporting and quality related issues.
- HSE:
- To conduct Health, Safety and Environment related activities in the plant.
- To maintain and continually improve the EHS Management System (EHSMS).
- To participate in internal audits in accordance with ISO45001 and ISO14001.
- To facilitate training and toolbox talks to employees within the plant.
- To evaluate risks related to HSE and apply appropriate measures to eliminate risks.
- To facilitate reporting of incidents, near misses, hazards, and observations and ensure timely closeout of actions.
- To advise and perform safety inspections in line with regulations and EHSMS requirements.
- To establish and achieve SMART EHS objectives that build towards a safe and healthy environment.
- To report, and enhance important metrics related to EHS such as TRR, Inspections rate, On time action closing, reporting participation rate, and others.
- To Analyze Velocity EHS system and ensure effective and timely reporting in the system.
- To work closely with BU global EHS team and regional EHS committee for EHS reporting and EHS related issues.
- You are customer focused and aim towards increasing customer satisfaction.
- You are results oriented and seek continuous improvement.
- You collaborate and communicate optimally with partners across all levels.
- You have a sense of urgency and able to perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, management, quality or other related fields.
- 0-2 years of Proven experience in QHSE.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English language proficiency (written/read/spoken).
- Experience in QHSE in a manufacturing environment.
- Certificates in the quality field (such as CQE, CQA, etc.)
- Background in Lean Transformation.
- Experience in End-Users specification and requirements (such as Aramco).
