QC – Document controller

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and control all project quality documents such as Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures etc., in coordination with QC engineers and submitting for client approval.
• Distribute the approved documents to QC and others as applicable as per guidance from QC Engineers.
• Preparation of QC document log status on approval of procedures.
• The fabrication drawings to be properly received, distributed and organized in the files.
• Updating and maintaining inspection request log.
• To support the QC engineers and inspectors in preparation of the Inspection reports, scanning and maintaining folders.
• To prepare the Material dossier record in coordination with QC engineers.
• Preparation of Project QC planning on project inspection status and maintaining the project progress logs.
• Maintain a systematic document control system to ensure easy retrieval and traceability of documents.
• Track revisions and maintain records of document versions and approval status.
• Assist in audits (internal and external) by providing the required QC documents and evidence.
• The NCR logs to be maintained and updated to the QC manager in a timely manner
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QC documentation and project quality planning.
