Quality Process
- Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs
- Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with FMEA
- Manage functionally Quality control in Production
- Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
- Manage derogations
- Participate to the surveillance test definition
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product quality
Quality issues
Lead deployment of containment actions in production, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update (PCP, FMEA, …)
Quality expertise
- Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and PEP), and participe to the deployment of new options
- Contribute to process/control capability implementation
- Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector
- Provide inputs to Supplier Quality in case of issues on his sector.
