QA/QC VENDOR INSPECTOR

About The Role

• To review the assignment instruction for adequacy and practicality.
• To liaise with clients, and others as relevant, in the determination of inspection stages and requirements.
• To visit manufacturers, suppliers, installers and others as necessary to perform or witness the requisite inspections.
• To ensure all inspection and related activities in which they are performed in accordance with requirements as defined in SAIPEM work instructions and procedures.
• To follow company rules, regulations, instructions and guidelines, for Quality, Safety, Driving Safety and other site/client/field QHSE requirements as applicable.
• In addition to the above as per company instructions/directions.
• To witness all fabrication activities as per the ITP.
• Endorse the Material test certificates which are meeting the scope of inspection.
• To raise concerns and recommendation to vendor (Manufacturer) during fabrication.
• To raise Non-Conformance against violation of the scope of inspection.
• To accept and release the material if complying with the technical requirements as accepted by the technical manager.
• To sign the inspection report as performed & Issue IRC as required
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• ARAMCO Approval (CBT) & valid SAP number is mandatory
• At least 10 Years Work Experience
• Candidate must have the following Approvals
  
  

QM30- Pressure vessels

QM03- General Mechanical

QM31- Heat exchangers

QM35 - Skid mounted equipment’

QM26 - Aramco Approved for Rotating Equip Pumps

QM07 – Valves

• Work as a team under supervision and be able to communicate well with other disciplines and create good working relationships with other technical and operational staff.
• Good knowledge of the English Language written and verbal.
