We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The QA/QC Manager will ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with Saudi Aramco requirements, as well as relevant industry standards. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of metering and measurement devices, extensive experience in oil and gas projects, and a proven track record in Saudi Aramco projects.

- Lead and manage the development, implementation, and oversight of all quality assurance and control activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.
- Establish and maintain project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and client requirements, ensuring all quality processes and procedures are in place.
- Oversee and coordinate all inspection and testing activities, ensuring that materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications and standards.
- Ensure project deliverables adhere to applicable international standards for metering and measurement devices, including ISO, API, ASME, and other relevant guidelines.
- Monitor and audit the quality of materials, equipment, and components supplied by vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports, ensuring full traceability and compliance with client expectations.
- Identify, document, and manage non-conformances and quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality performance, reduce rework, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with Saudi Aramco, and other stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction with project quality standards.
- Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with project QMS and client requirements, and addressing any findings or recommendations promptly.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in QA/QC management, with significant exposure to EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of managing QA/QC activities for large-scale EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Saudi Aramco quality requirements, standards, and compliance procedures.
- Strong understanding of metering and measurement devices, including design, installation, and testing standards.
- Experience in managing complex quality control systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with international and client-specific quality standards.
- Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects, with a thorough understanding of their QA/QC requirements and standards.
- Extensive knowledge of metering and measurement devices and applicable industry standards, including ISO, API, ASME, and others.
- Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent QA/QC certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant software applications.
- Expertise in developing and implementing quality management systems for complex EPC projects.
- In-depth knowledge of international standards for metering, measurement devices, and other equipment used in EPC projects.
- Experience in overseeing inspection, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Proficiency in monitoring and auditing vendor quality, ensuring all materials and equipment meet required standards.
- Ability to manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence.
