Job Description

Parsons is looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to support our infrastructure construction supervision team. The QA/QC Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality compliance across all civil and infrastructure works including roads, bridges, tunnels, and utilities. You will verify that all works are executed in line with contract specifications, quality standards, and approved procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct inspections and quality audits across all phases of infrastructure construction.
• Verify materials, workmanship, and construction activities comply with approved submittals, drawings, and specifications.
• Review and ensure contractor compliance with ITPs, method statements, material approvals, and test plans.
• Monitor field tests (e.g., concrete, compaction, asphalt, weld inspections) and validate test results against project requirements.
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspections, testing, and quality records.
• Support the Resident Engineer and Parsons' QA/QC Engineer in resolving quality issues on site.
• Participate in QA/QC meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality practices on the project.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC for infrastructure construction, including roads, utilities, bridges, or tunnels.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, international standards, and inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with construction materials, lab testing, and site inspection techniques.
• Good understanding of documentation control and QA/QC reporting processes.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
  

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Previous experience with large-scale infrastructure projects in the GCC region.
• ISO 9001 certification or equivalent quality management training.
• Experience using digital QA/QC platforms and inspection tracking systems.
