QA/QC & HSE Director

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a QA/QC & HSE Director to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Experience in managing all aspects of QA, QC & HSSE on projects or facilities.
• Extensive experience in implementing and managing QA, QC& HSSE training programs.
• Broad knowledge of engineering and construction systems, methods and work processes.
• Knowledge of QA, QC HSSE sciences/engineering systems, principles and methodologies.
• Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of national and international QA, QC HSSE laws/regulations and regulatory/resource agencies permitting processes and responsibilities, industry standards for HSSE compliance and best management practices for minimizing potential QA, QC HSSE impacts during project execution.
• Knowledge of technical terminology common to industrial hygiene, health physics, safety engineering, and environmental compliance.
• Expertise must have been gained from working for reputed firms.
• Must have led large QA, QC HSSE Section with top international firms an on prestigious projects.
• Ability to deal effectively with QA, QC HSSE matters with contractors/subcontractors or consultants during construction.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A degree in engineering (or equivalent work experience) supplemented by relevant international certifications.
• Minimum 25 years’ experience in large-scale projects including having worked as QA , QC & HSSE Director on large-scale projects.
• Excellent English / Arabic written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).
