WSP is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our supervision team for a prestigious airport project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout all phases of the project.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.
• Review and approve quality documents, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to approved plans.
• Supervise contractor activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Address quality-related concerns and liaise with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with construction and supervision teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Guide and train junior QA/QC staff to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Serve as the primary contact for quality matters between the client, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Address client feedback on quality issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 14 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with significant exposure to large-scale projects, preferably airports.
• Proven supervision experience in quality management.
• QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of international quality standards and codes (e.g., BS, ASTM, ACI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
