Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience as a QA QC Inspector in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and specifications
- Experience in conducting inspections and tests on electrical and instrumentation systems
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and policies
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment
- Certifications in quality control and inspection will be an advantage
- Conduct quality inspections and audits of electrical and instrumentation work in the Oil & Gas industry
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and specifications
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures
- Perform inspections and tests on electrical and instrumentation systems and components
- Identify and report any non-compliance issues or deviations
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the quality awareness of project personnel
