QA Architect – Process Redesign & Centralized QA Framework

We are seeking an experienced and visionary QA Architect to spearhead the redesign and standardization of QA processes across government entities in Saudi Arabia. This role will play a pivotal part in analyzing existing QA practices ("As-Is"), defining efficient and scalable "To-Be" processes, and architecting a centralized QA sandbox framework to enable consistency, quality, and compliance across the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current ("As-Is") QA processes and documentation collected by assessment teams.
• Design and define standardized "To-Be" QA processes adaptable to varying levels of QA maturity and organizational structures.
• Architect a centralized, integrated QA sandbox environment for use across multiple government entities.
• Define toolsets, automation frameworks, test data management strategies, and environment provisioning models to support the centralized QA framework.
• Establish governance mechanisms and testing best practices aligned with international quality standards (e.g., TMMi, ISO/IEC 25010, ISTQB).
• Design centralized dashboards, reporting tools, and benchmarking mechanisms to track QA performance across entities.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to align sandbox and QA architecture with national digital transformation objectives.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, change management strategies, and QA capability-building programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years in QA architecture, process transformation, or enterprise-level QA strategy roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise QA frameworks and centralized testing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with modern QA tools and platforms (e.g., TestRail, JIRA, Selenium, JMeter, Tosca, etc.).
• Strong understanding of test maturity models, quality compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Prior experience in public sector or multi-entity QA transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, process design, and technical documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager, Test Analyst, or Technical Test Analyst)
• TMMi Professional or Assessor Certification
• ISO/IEC 25010 familiarity or related quality standard credentials
