Job Description


We are seeking an organized and efficient Saudi Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Purchasing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs
  • Enter and update vendor information in the company's ERP system
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
  • Participate in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
  • Handle routine correspondence with suppliers and internal stakeholders
