Public Relations Officer KSA

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to oversee external and internal communication initiatives, improve brand reputation, and establish strong relationships with government entities, media outlets, and the public. This role is crucial for influencing legislative and regulatory decisions, supporting the development of company policies, and enhancing our organization’s public image. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of government operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent our organization’s interests to government officials effectively. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with comprehensive knowledge of local laws, culture, and regulatory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Daily duties may include the following activities:

• Represent the organization in meetings and public hearings with government officials.
• Regular visits to the traffic department, the payment of fines, and participation in any police or legal proceedings.
• Delivery & Collections of cheques, notes, and various other payment transactions.
• Advise and brief executives on changes in policy, labour, and employment law.
• Oversee the entire visa and visa renewal process for QER KSA, including quota management, labour compliance, medical examinations, Iqama processing, and visa procedures.
• Scan and store complete employee documents (passport, Emirates ID, photographs, letters, licenses, etc.).
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)
• Must hold a valid KSA light vehicle driving license.
• Strong understanding of Saudi culture, media landscape, and government protocols.
• Familiar with Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, and other KSA digital platforms.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
