Public Relations Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to handle all interactions with government departments and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and well-versed in dealing with official documentation, labor departments, immigration, and other public sector bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit government-related documentation (e.g. visa applications, renewals, labor permits, etc.)
• Liaise with ministries, municipalities, and other official entities as required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Track document expirations and renew on time
• Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner in all government dealings

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with government entities in the region
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, visa processes, and governmental procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication in Arabic and English
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
