Alfa Laval KSA is currently looking for a Public Relation Officer to be based in Jubail.

You will be responsible to execute and acquiring of all staff visas and labor cards as well as related PR duties. You will liaise with local administration and regional HR to ensure the KSA organization comply with KSA Government regulations and employment laws.
You will ensure documents are completed and received on time and ensure visas are approved. You will liaise with the relevant government departments with regards to visas, licenses and sponsorship.
Establish and maintain optimal relation to the security departments of the relevant clients in the eastern region for getting work permits and IDs on time
Secondary you will support the organization for collection of accounts receivables including submission of invoices when electronic transfer is not possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and service organisation to get customer access IDs in time. Establish and maintain optimal relation to the security departments of the relevant clients in the eastern region for getting work permits and IDs on time. Responsible for visa processing and submitting visa applications to immigration and labor offices for KSA employment visa, renewal / transfer visa, visit visa and foreign visa required for business travel after ensuring proper documentation.
- Renew, update and maintain trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities to ensure that the documents are up to date.
- Renew and maintain all company’s leases before its expiry, which includes offices, service workshops and eventual company apartments.
- Guide and assist employees in renewing visas for themselves and their immediate dependents and provide them necessary information regarding visa details and requirement of documents.
- Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
- Support the organisation with up-to-date information about legal and administration requirements. Keep close relation to the respective government authorities for updates in this regard to the new rules in the governmental departments.
- Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities
- Support the team regarding invoices and collection. Submission of KSA customer invoices along with necessary documents to Eastern region customers follow-up with the customers to get the invoices approved.
- Coordination with the peer PRO in west region for AR overdue follow-up
- Administration support as per requirement, like invoicing, accounts receivables follow up, marketing support, preparation of customer seminars, trainings and events, traveling arrangements, hotel booking of foreigners
- Understanding and interest for KSA Labour laws
- Fluency in Arabic and Good command in English
- Computer literate with knowledge of working with MS Office Products
- Strong communications and organisation skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command in administration
