Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: AED 5,000

Job Summary:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing all government-related processes and documentation, including visas, licenses, and other official paperwork. The role requires close coordination with HR and management to ensure full legal compliance with UAE and KSA labor and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage visa, iqama, and license applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Liaise with government authorities such as the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Ministry of Labor (MOL), GOSI, QIWA, and the Chamber of Commerce.
• Ensure timely processing and renewal of all company and employee legal documents.
• Stay updated on UAE and Saudi labor laws and immigration procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and documentation.
• Coordinate with the HR Department and Management to ensure compliance with all PRO-related activities.
• Represent the company in government offices and ensure professional handling of official requirements.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PRO (preferably with exposure in both UAE and KSA).
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• In-depth knowledge of government portals, online systems, and visa processes.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
