Properties Management Assistant Team Leader

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for preserving real estate from encroachments and related follow-ups, and coordinating with the legal department in everything related to land issues. Management and saving the Property deeds to the company’s websites and related works (extracting deeds - updating - merging - modifying).The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

Management and saving the Property deeds to the company’s websites and related works (extracting deeds - updating - merging - modifying).

Managing and updating the property system with everything related to the company's real estate.

Preserving real estate from encroachments and related follow-ups, and coordinating with the legal department in everything related to land issues.

Follow-up the expropriation of the company's real estate and the required evacuation and exclusions for the company's administrative sites.

Ensuring and matching with the fixed assets management of in everything related to the company's real estate.

Preparing policies and procedures for real estate saving.

Prior experience in managing real estate development and investment management for a large organization of similar size and scale, preferably within the KSA region
