We are working with a top-tier UK International firm who are seeking a driven and commercially astute lawyer to join their expanding Projects, Infrastructure, and Energy team in Riyadh.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the region's most high-profile and transformative transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors, including large scale Projects, and complex Infrastructure matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising public and private sector clients on all aspects of complex projects, energy and infrastructure matters, including procurement, development, construction, and financing.
Drafting and negotiating a wide range of project documentation (EPC, O&M, concession, offtake, etc.).
Managing cross-border legal workstreams and collaborating with international offices and clients.
Contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Qualified solicitor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
Additional admission in the UK or US (highly desirable).
Minimum 2 years' PQE, with strong experience in project development, finance, or transactional energy work.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
