The Purpose of the Role

As a Projects/Logistics Expeditor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of projects. You will be responsible for expediting project activities, coordinating with various stakeholders including third-party suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed within the specified timeframe. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in driving project success. You will work out of our office location in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meeting customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project activities
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks
• Expedite the procurement of materials and equipment required for projects
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Proactively identify project risk areas and put in place mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are not impacted
• Communicate and report project status and updates to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
  
  

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or expediting roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
