Projects Director - Construction

Responsibilities:

•Develop strategic plans for project execution, coordinating with various departments and teams.

•Manage resources and risks, establish budgets, and oversee their implementation.

•Supervise project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines through specialized and diverse teams.

•Oversee all stages of the project, from construction activities to final arrangements.

•Conduct negotiations with suppliers and contractors, ensuring optimal pricing and quality.

•Analyze and address risks, devising strategies to manage unforeseen challenges effectively.

•Ensure quality control by conducting regular evaluations to meet required engineering standards.

•Lead and motivate teams to achieve the best outcomes, providing necessary training and skill development.

•Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring continuous project alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

•Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

•At least 10 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

•Proven track record in delivering projects within budget and scope.

•Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and Primavera.

•Comprehensive knowledge of local construction laws and contracting systems.

•Advanced leadership skills to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.

•Strong negotiation abilities with contractors and suppliers.

•Strategic planning and execution capabilities aligned with company goals.

•Effective risk management and problem-solving expertise.
