Projects Associate

Join Addleshaw Goddard's dynamic team in Riyadh and engage in groundbreaking work in energy and infrastructure sectors, including conventional and renewable energy, decarbonisation, and social and transport infrastructure. This role is pivotal for our client-led expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), focusing on government procurements and private development projects. You will collaborate with a broad team of lawyers and external consultants on complex, long-term projects, offering a unique opportunity to develop your international skillset with industry and trade associations like Dii, MENA Hydrogen Association, and IPFA.

Based in our new Riyadh office, you will work closely with the lead partner for the GCC and an international team of associates, contributing to premium projects across infrastructure, energy, and law. Our Infrastructure, Projects, and Energy (IPE) team advises a diverse client base, including government entities on PPP and infrastructure project procurements, from project structuring to financial close. This role offers extensive learning and professional development opportunities in all project and project finance areas.

Ideal candidates are qualified lawyers with 3-5 years PQE, experienced in large-scale projects across the Middle East.
