Responsibilities

Reimagine What’s Possible 

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Use project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure accuracy of schedules.
  • Track project progress against the baseline schedule and identify any deviations.
  • Prepare and distribute regular progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, and earned value analysis.
  • Conduct schedule impact analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop resource-loaded schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Organize and lead planning meetings, workshops, and progress review sessions.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of schedule updates and project milestones.
  • Ensure project schedules comply with industry standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedule updates, progress reports, and change orders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Experience: Must have Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for EPC projects in the oil & gas sector within the Gulf region.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS office, and other relevant project management tools.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent certifications are Preferable.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of oil & gas industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Strong project planning and organizational skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
