Project Operations Controller

Your key duties

As a Project Operations Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our project delivery process - supporting planning, cost control, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure our projects are set up for success and delivered with precision and transparency.

• Collaborate with teams to develop project plans and maintain schedules that keep us on track.
• Monitor project budgets, commitments, and expenditures to ensure financial health and accurate revenue recognition.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders, leading regular project meetings and updates.
• Support resource allocation and utilization, resolving conflicts and optimizing team performance.
• Set up projects in line with internal standards and support approvals, documentation, and reporting.
• Build strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Run weekly reports and provide insights into project performance, timesheets, supplier costs, and more.
  
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of English and strong commercial acumen.
• PMP certification and experience with PowerBI are a plus.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
• Adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• A confident communicator and collaborator.
• Passionate about delivering quality and driving continuous improvement.
