Project Manager/Business Developer_KSA National

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager / Business Developer with strong expertise in the conventional and/or renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, developing client relationships, and identifying opportunities across energy markets. This role requires a blend of project execution capabilities and business development acumen

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of energy projects (conventional or renewable) within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project risks, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  
  
  

Business Development

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in power generation, renewable energy, and energy transition sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, investors, and partners.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations for new projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions.
• Negotiate contracts, MoUs, and agreements in alignment with company objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Energy or Electrical Engineering preferable.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management and/or business development within the energy sector (oil & gas, power generation, solar, wind, hydrogen, or other renewables).
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, project finance, and energy sector regulations.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
