As an Implementation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clinicians to integrate our Ultrasound clinical software into their workflow. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful implementation and onboarding of Verisound solutions for our customers. You will serve as the project manager and collaborate closely with the customer to plan, implement, and train clinical users on our software. This role calls for outstanding communication skills and efficient time management to ensure a smooth implementation process. You will utilize your background in software implementations to guide customers to incorporate Verisound software solutions into their daily workflow, streamlining and automating their processes to enhance patient care. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering insights and providing valuable feedback to internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement of our software and services.

Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Work with clinical stakeholders (physicians, physicists, techs) to configure and customize the software to their needs.
- Consult with hospital IT to install Verisound solutions and establish connectivity with other hospital systems.
- Act as a project manager, leading multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Set up project goals and timelines, track milestones, and manage expectations or unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate project team members.
- Perform post-implementation functions for new and established products to ensure successful adoption into clinical workflows.
- Communicate effectively—both written and verbal—to maintain alignment throughout each implementation project.
- Provide consultation on, manage, and support technology adoption with clinical stakeholders.
- Train cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of software implementation or project management experience.
- Background in project management in ultrasound or another imaging modality (preferred).
- CAPM or PMP certification (preferred but not required).
- An inquisitive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to effectively deliver medical software projects
- Flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of professional demeanor.
- Ability to optimize in-servicing programs for product compliance and training.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%, with potential for international travel.
- When not traveling, duties are performed remotely from your personally equipped home office.
- If required to operate a GE-owned/leased, privately owned/leased, or rental vehicle for company business, a driving record check is required.

- Patient-focused, team-oriented approach.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven professional business acumen—experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers within solution-based sales processes.
- Adaptability to changing work environments.
- Experience navigating operational mechanisms in large hospital/university settings.
- Advanced certification/registries (preferred).
- Familiarity with current ultrasound products within area of responsibility.
- Experience with CRMs and project management tools (e.g., SFDC, Smartsheet).
