As a Project Manager you will design, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering-based projects. Your day will involve preparing project controls, specifications, and schedules while monitoring progress and performance to resolve operational challenges and ensure timely completion.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, and schedules for engineering projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing operational issues to minimize delays.
• Identify and gather necessary resources for project completion.
• Develop engineering standards, designs, and work specifications.
• Create project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in project management within engineering contexts.
• Strong understanding of project controls, specifications, and scheduling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational challenges.
• Experience in resource identification and management.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and design principles.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
