As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead critical projects in the power generation industry, focusing on gas turbine management and outage execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement through effective communication and problem-solving. Each day, you will engage with diverse stakeholders, navigate complex challenges, and contribute to our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

How you’ll make an impact?

• Execute contracts according to scope and implement KPIs to ensure project success.
• Support contract negotiations and implement risk management strategies.
• Identify and develop new client opportunities while assessing technical and commercial risks.
• Coordinate project planning, controlling, and reporting, including resource allocation.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure alignment with project requirements and deadlines.
• Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget to all parties.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans and manage customer relationships.
• Prepare lessons learned documents to enhance work processes, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  
  
  

What you bring?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
• Multiple years of project management experience in the power generation industry.
• Proficient in gas turbine operations, outage management, and relevant processes.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads independently, and adapt to diverse responsibilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time-critical situations.
• Experience in multinational and multicultural environments, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse cultural needs.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office suite.
