What You’ll Do

• Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of multi-million-dollar plant construction, upgrade, and shutdown projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and senior management for clear communication and alignment.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, managing changes effectively.
• Budget & Schedule Control: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring financial and timeline adherence.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor diverse project teams, fostering high performance and safety.
• Contract Management: Administer complex EPC contracts, ensuring compliance.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Uphold the highest quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, driving a zero-incident culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years of progressive project management, leading large-scale capital projects (USD 10 to 100M+) in Oil & Gas, Water & Power, or Mining & Metals.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of industrial plant challenges, technologies, and regulations.
• Management Credentials: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project controls (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Contractual Awareness: Solid understanding of FIDIC or similar industrial contract forms.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and potentially relocate for projects.
