Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible to lead, plan, execute, and finalize projects within specified constraints, ensuring successful project delivery that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager is also responsible for managing all aspects of a project, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks, while effectively communicating and collaborating with project stakeholder.

Job Description

Project Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Conduct project feasibility assessments, identify risks, and establish risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing appropriate strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Conduct project reviews, lessons learned sessions, post-implementation evaluations and project closure reports.
  • Document and communicate project outcomes, capturing best practices and areas for improvement for future projects.
  • Implement appropriate quality control measures and corrective actions to address deviations or non-conformances.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the execution of multiple projects/ programs.
  • Establish effective communication channels and maintain regular communication with project stakeholders.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other internal stakeholders, to monitor and track progress.

Resource and Budget Management

  • Coordinate and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, funds and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost control measures.
  • Collaborate and functional managers to secure and optimize resource availability for project activities.
  • Manage and control changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using Bespin’s process techniques.

Compliance

  • Comply with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 requirements, and actively participate in regular training and audits to ensure continuous alignment with the standard

Job Specification

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or any related field.

Professional Certifications

  • Certified Project Management Professional
  • Cloud Certifications (preferred)
  • ITIL or equivalent certifications (preferred)

Knowledge

  • SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, OneNote
  • Planning tools, MS Project, MS Planner, Asana
  • Strong knowledge and experience across multiple technology platforms, including on premise and private cloud architecture in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • 4-8 years of experience in project management, or similar roles within the IT industry.
