We're seeking for a motivated Project Manager/Development Coordinator to work on a cultural project in Riyadh, KSA. Your role involves managing all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful completion within budget and timeline, supporting the Cultural Assets team primarily across the development lifecycle. The candidate will be working directly with the Senior Development Director of Cultural Assets and providing oversight and support to the remainder of the team, when required or directed by the SDD, while reporting back to our team. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to bring artistic vision to life.


  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring effective coordination of resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align project goals and artistic vision.
  • Schedule Monitoring and Risk Management: Track project schedules, facilitate progress meetings, and proactively manage risks to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulations, health and safety standards, and project guidelines, while maintaining high-quality standards in project execution.
  • Governance: ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
  • Reporting: preparing reports and board level presentations.


  • Bachelor's degree in project management or related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in cultural projects.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with methodologies and tools.
  • Engineering background (architecture, civil, project management); exhibition/ museum experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, presentation and report drafting/ writing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Well spoken and written English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
