Leading the implementation of projects and initiatives related to the Chairman's Office through effective planning, resource allocation, monitoring of work progress and tasks, and ensuring to be in a timelines, financial framework, and approved regulatory standards, to achieving objectives and enhancing institutional performance.


Responsibilities:

  1. Ongoing monitoring of projects and initiatives' progress through daily coordination with teams, verifying adherence to execution plans, tracking KPIs and challenges, and submitting actionable recommendations to ensure efficient and flexible operations.
  2. Developing project and initiative plans, including defining the scope of work, estimating the human, technical, and financial resources, and setting timelines and implementation steps aligned with the strategic priorities.
  3. Overseeing the implementation of all project phases in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring teams follow timelines, target deliverables, and approved quality standards.
  4. Identifying mutuality and overlaps among internal and external projects to ensure alignment, optimize resource utilization, and proactively resolve potential conflicts.
  5. Managing risks and obstacles to project execution by developing comprehensive response plans and activating early warning mechanisms to address issues before they impact progress.
  6. Preparing and submitting accurate, comprehensive periodic reports detailing project progress, current challenges, performance against key indicators, and actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes.
  7. Managing project budgets by tracking actual expenditures versus approved allocations and ensuring resource utilization complies with financial and administrative regulations.
  8. Supervising the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet technical specifications and organizational governance and quality standards, and issuing corrective reports when necessary.
  9. Building and managing strong relationships with the stakeholders, including executive departments, regulators, suppliers, and beneficiaries, to align expectations and strengthen project success.
  10. Leading regular project team meetings, documenting decisions and execution plans, and following up on task completion within the specified timelines.
  11. Managing change requests and scope adjustments based on new developments, ensuring alignment with approved plans without compromising execution quality.
  12. Coordinating and executing project closure activities professionally, including reviewing deliverables, assessing goal achievement, documenting lessons learned, and transferring knowledge to relevant stakeholders.
  13. Utilizing project management tools and platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) to track progress, support decision-making, and continuously analyze performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
  • A professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in project management.
