Project Manager (8-Month Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and academically grounded Project Manager to lead the execution of a specialized research-driven initiative. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background, exceptional organizational discipline, and proven experience managing high-level deliverables. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating experts, ensuring timely progress, and aligning outcomes with client expectations.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of the assigned project in alignment with predefined goals and timelines.
• Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, consultants, researchers, and reporting units.
• Manage project documentation, knowledge resources, and research inputs from various contributors.
• Facilitate periodic updates, presentations, and client meetings in both Arabic and English.
• Ensure the integration of reliable academic or institutional sources throughout project outputs.
• Drive alignment between the project's academic rigor and real-world deliverables.
• Ensure clear, structured, and professional written communications across all reporting materials.

• Proven project management experience, ideally in consulting, academic, or public-sector projects.
• Demonstrated access to and familiarity with scientific, academic, or institutional knowledge sources (e.g., Scopus, academic databases, government reports).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
• PhD in relevant field (Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, or related fields) is preferred.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead discussions, synthesize data, and maintain alignment across multidisciplinary contributors.
